Yahoo mail down all day (5 Sep 2019)

Featured Replies

Seems I am the only affected

Since this morning (Thai time) I am unable to access yahoo mail.

"We are working" is the latest that I read in the news.

Is it just a wrong impression or do they have problems exceptionally often during last year or so?

Mine was down for a few hours this afternoon.

Mobile app was working though.

Still no luck.

Android shows spinning wheel forever.

Down for me too this afternoon...first time in as long as I can remember.

Edit: Mobile app is working though.  Tried opening a different folder and it would not open.

Same for me (pc and mobile) and my brother reports similar in the UK.

Can we blame Thailand, Thais, Prayut, and the Chinese tourists? That's what normally happens on here. 555+

It seems to be intermittent for me on browser and mobile. Went off and then back on again.

Can only hope that no incoming mails got lost!

I thought Yahoo was ancient history,  especially after their record setting hack exposing everyone's  personal  information.

Working in Pattaya , however little bit long after passwords waiting before opening

Was trying to access Yahoo news report earlier today and no server could be found so not confined to mail.

Personally I have given Yahoo a big razoo some time ago.

They are part of Verizon media and use your bandwidth and memory in exchange for its services.

I know that cookies do something similar.

But I gave them the flick..

Yes several mail services were out for about 4 hours.

Seems to be back.

Changing to another provider for my "premium" address?

A PITA.
