Thailand Expands Digital Wallet Scheme, Aiding 4 Million Seniors
The disbursements are being handed out, in phases, to those having the greatest need first. That, to me makes complete sense. Why are folks having problems with that? -

Two killed and scores injured after car drives into German Christmas market
"It's believed..." Maybe he was once in the boy scouts and featured in a Doctor Who episode as well? Maybe he took out a Christian Christmas market because he was Islamaphobic? That's the problem when the media constantly tries to cover things up. People don't know what to believe. Let's hope this isn't another terror related incident being covered up. -

Is Earth round or flat❓
It's great to know we have someone on this thread smarter than Newton. Just saying "I don’t give much credence to Newton’s theory of gravity" is an absolutely worthless comment without a supporting argument. Lakes are not interconnected as oceans are. It is the interconnectivity of oceans that allow tidal movement. As for birds and for that matter anything else that flies this is done due to lift. Gravity is a very weak force. -

Drunken Foreign Couple Causes Chaos at Pattaya Hotel, Woman Detained After Fleeing
They weren't shagging until the detectives here on AN see the video LOL Wearing a dress like that, I am sure that shagging was in the plan for her. I have seen worse looking, and if she dresses like that and is as adventurous, it might be fun. You can bet that 2000 baht table just went up to 200,000 baht lol -

COVID Vaccines Could INTEGRATE with Human DNA: Yale Research
Some (possibly) Good News ! probably many here and elsewhere unfortunately took the jabs ... not out of stupidity , but mostly just being unaware of all the lies and deceptions from the governments and even worse the medical cartel that has had free reign to brainwash the world into worshipping them..... And, over time ( mostly the last year or two) , what has been covered up and censored is now finally coming to be seen . That alone is a great triumph. Oh yes... the good news is that the shots were manufactured in many many different facilities , and if "conspiracy theories" are once again correct, the thousands of batches produced were often very different. That is why there were pockets of population where results were more catastrophic. Also, i personally believe that here in Thailand a lot of the shots were either weak or even placebos . Though my "friends" all got sick they came out of it ( future results yet to be seen ). So........ if anyone had the shots ( hopefully not BOOSTERs and boosters) .... the human body is still pretty tough if one takes care of it . All us "oldies" should be taking some measures to keep our immune systems up to par . -

37-Year-Old Man Shot Dead by Father After Heated Argument Over Laziness
It would seem that firearm ownership in Thailand is approaching that in the USA. When I first came to Thailand nearly forty years ago reported shootings were rare. Maybe because of no internet but I doubt it. Is Thailand now the Hub of firearm ownership in South East Asia? -

Fishing incident Claims Life of 37-Year-Old Man in Chonburi
Picture from responders. An incident occurred at Bang Phra Reservoir, Sriracha, Chonburi, when a 37-year-old man drowned while attempting to retrieve his drifting boat. The incident took place at the reservoir’s pier 1, where the man, later identified as Ekachai, 37, from Lampang Province, had been fishing. A witness, 47-year-old Rung, described seeing the victim’s boat break free from its mooring and drift away. The man reportedly jumped into the water to chase the boat, but something unexpected happened, leading to him not returning to the surface. Rung jumped in and attempted to rescue him but was unsuccessful. Local police and rescue divers from the Sriracha Bright Light Rescue Unit were called and launched a search and found Ekachai’s body after three to four hours. He was discovered without a shirt, wearing only trousers, and had likely been submerged for several hours, confirming the witness story. Authorities found no signs of foul play at the scene, only fishing gear and a bag. The initial theory suggests that the man may have suffered a possible sudden cramp while swimming after his boat, leading to his drowning. The body has been taken to Laem Chabang Hospital for an autopsy before being returned to the family, as the investigation continues. -- 2024-12-26
