It's true, it's true, veganism is healthier.

But I've heard of vegetarians who've also died.

Only they didn't get to experience the sensory pleasure that ribeye steak provides.

What's the point?

Look at the video closely, all the written wording is Chinese not Thai including the hospital and wet market. Final images are of Hong Kong. This is not Bangkok!

  • This is gutter sensationalist journalism at its best, 60 minutes has this clip up on youtube as "the market where covid started". They go to the market in BKK which is basically a pet shop (some illeg

No, it's not true.

"Granted, anything's better than the atrocious excuse for "sausages" you get in Thailand. Absolutely revolting, inedible stuff that contains like 50,000 additives. No wonder Thais are so obese and unhealthy these days. At least there are plenty of European butchers in Australia. In Thailand, your best bet is something imported from Italy or Spain sold at Central Food Hall that costs like 300 or 450 Baht."

Ah now try the produce of Sausage King made in Chiang Mai.

Excellent Sausage, top class dry cured bacon, best in Thailand, pies over a dozen different varieties and of course Britain's  greatest contribution to humanity Curry, more different flavours that I can count. my fav is his Burmese Beef, not the hottest but full of flavour.

Everything made in his own kitchen and supplied to supermarkets nationwide, including Tops and Villa.

On a serious note there are several Authoritative books on Curries, so many different types and flavours from all points of the globe.

Indians invented curries

The dodgers invented curry powder in an attempt to copy them

The idea of “curry powder” is a British one. (It resembles the North Indian spice mix garam masala, but it isn’t a spice mix most Indian cooks would recognize.) British manufacturers came up with curry powder in an attempt to create a ready-made flavor that could recreate the flavors of South India that British colonists came to love.

In fact, the term curry for Indian cooking is also British in origin ― they lumped all the savory, spiced Indian dishes into one category called curries. You can’t go to India and order a curry ― it just doesn’t exist. There are several possibilities for where the word British word “curry” comes from, one being that it was derived from the word Kari, which is the word for sauce in Tamil, a South Indian language.

Quoting from a lefty site...that’s not (Sky) news!

Mustn't get too serious gents. As folk have said India did not invent/discover Curry as we Brits call it, they have their own spicy meals with their own names, as do most of the Nations of the Erotix East, sory Exotic East.

Know the old tale/joke on India.

What's the only thing of any use that India gave to the world ?

Answer Zero

Before the Indians gave the world a Zero in Mathematics we had they Roman and before that Greek system which had no zero, hence a mass of letters that could be added subtracted multiplied and divided by extreme methods, well beyond me. I only learn add up, take away, times and Goes inta.

But the Indians gave us the zero which made 1, 10, 100, 1,000 and ad infinitum possible.

john

Or was it the Arabs ?

Yes dodgers stole the food and changed the name. Well done dodgers. Great "invention" 5555

60 % of the world population will get the virus, and 45 million will die?

Considering that he knows what he's talking about, well. He was the main guy when SARS scared the shi+e out of most.

Unfortunately, most diseases are homemade.

The Mad Cow Disease was caused by giving cows their kind to eat, what's incredibly insane in my eyes.

And would people NOT eat bats and other animals, we would not discuss this problem and things would be reasonable.

Do not believe he said any such thing - that was reporter making up a story using current death rate which everyone believes is much higher than actual rate due the few people being tested.  The whole program was a farce - including calling CC market an illegal wet market.
