It will do a sharp right and disappear as always.

Happy to be proven wrong.

Not with the current wind direction...

... yeah, second that, chances looking reasonably good ... any betting lines open yet?

Critters gettin' restless too, just had a chat w/t neighbor standing at the fence when some snake aimed to slither through between my legs with all the time in the world, only like a meter long at most but be assured I 'stepped aside' and not with too much dignity, lol ...

Be careful what you wish for. A good, heavy downpour would be most welcome to freshen everything up, but these storms can also bring a lot of destruction, particularly in rural areas. Roofs blown off, trees uprooted or stuck by lighting. They pretty much always knock our electric out, sometimes for as long as 5 to 6 hours.

Cloud seeding finally worked ?

Hard to undersand???  You want wheat ... you plant seed wheat.  You want rice... you plant seed rice.

So why do you want more clouds ???   You should want to plant "rain" seed.

Because you don't like showering in a raincoat?

Hey can you give me an exact time and day when it’s going to rain in Chiang Mai maybe I’ll clean up some of the air TIT

I sincerely hope you folks in CM get that storm with the cool accompanying winds and I hope it lasts for hours :intheclub:

The screenshot shows a storm cell way up over eastern Chiang Rai. I wonder if it rained in Chiang Khong. Someone already mentioned wind direction. That's a big factor. There are mountains between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. Same for Phayao.

No sign of rain.  It is 5:30 and there is no a sign of either a breeze or a storm cloud.

I will be happy just to see rain........if it clears this disgusting air.   Thats a BONUS

God is good simply trust and believe!

... lucky bar stewards y'all ...

The only drops in Phayao is me sweatin' ... still dry like a nun over here, good I didn't place me bet.

Wind is picking up though ...

What a rubbish map.

Those system appear and disappear.  There is currently a system heading into Pitsulonuk but the rest of Northern Thailand is pretty uneventful.  However, check the loops here.  Ya'll can watch for yourselves.  I'm not excited yet.

Produced by TMD. Feel free to tell them.

If you look on Ventusky, tomorrow morning (13th) looks hopeful.

Looks promising with winds converging from the South, West & East. Badly needed for a few days to clear this poisonous air...

So, how did that work out then?
