Banned?

I was browsing around 10pm on the 17 April and this happened. It lasted for a short while.

There is absolutely no reason why you should have seen that message. I have no idea why it happened, but it wasn't because of anything you did.

Virus?, no pun intended. Even if you were, pretty sure you'd still be able to view the site, just not post - ad revenue etc.

The site software does put up some, er, "interesting", messages when the loading is high (or for that matter when the loading isn't that high).

Same for me today. Several times got this Banned page when just clicking for next page in thread lists. A refresh (F5) was enough in most cases to access the target page. No idea why...??

Same here got it twice this morning it disappears pretty quick on refresh.

I had to clear cookies and relogin twice to reach this thread !

WOW !   That ban deflector I ordered from China really does work !  

 

Sorry for any inconvenience to those receiving message.    I am still working out the kinks....

Whats worse is you cant remove yourself from this site. You can be banned but you are still listed, hotel california style.

 

i suppose thats one way to say you have a million members when in reality probably only 100 active.

while you're looking into problems could you please stop that extremely annoying advertising pop up that appears in the middle of the screen. yours is the only web site i've ever used that does this, do you really have no one able to fix this?

Same problem for me since a few days. Sometimes it just stops after I refresh or close the browser and reopen, sometimes (i.e. this morning), I have to erase all historic data and log in again.

 

BTW, this morning, I even got the message while I was browsing the forum as anonymous after having erased historic data including passwords and autolog. The only way the system could have identified me was by the URL.
