Spain, 60 days of lockdown, how's that worked out?

Australia and New Zealand are the success stories with lockdowns, unless you are a herd immunity proponent. Being islands helps.

I don't see any difference in Australia between quarantining for foot and mouth disease and swine fever, and coronavirus. Carriers bring them in, why let them?

Asian travellers are notorious for trying to bring in pork products, when swine fever would decimate Australian pig herds. IMO we are too soft, they should be put on a return flight immediately. It's not as if they have not been told.

It could be either the male pigs or the kind of feed, but Australian pork stinks....stuff from the regular chain stores, at least. I only eat chicken, beed or lamb there. Couldn't blame asians for trying to take pork there!

Never been much of a pork eater in Oz, more ham and bacon. Never bought meat from a chain store either, just the local butcher. They know where the good stuff is.

Thailand bans all meat imports with travelers. Are you saying you'd bring in your own stash of beef, because it is poor quality here?
