Amazing Thailand video: Wife in miraculous recovery after being possessed by the spirit of slain snake

Sanook published a video filmed in a Myanmar construction workers' camp near the border in Mae Sot, Tak province, north western Thailand. 

 

Two Myanmar men - Nole, 36, and Paseng, 39 - had caught a 1.5 meter long snake that was creeping into their quarters. 

 

They cut its head off and were going to enjoy eating it with their whisky.

 

However, this was not a wise thing to do as the snake was sacred and to make matters worse, it was a holy day. 

 

Thus it was no surprise to see that soon Nole's wife was writhing in the dirt road and slithering like a serpent. 

 

It was plain to see that she was now possessed by the spirit of the Ngu Sing. 

 

So what was to be done? Simple - a Thai man heard on the video instructed the Myanmar miscreants to get on their knees and do some apologies to the spirit of the snake. 

 

That soon sorted matters and the stricken wife was cured and walked off as if nothing had happened. 

 

There was some debate as to which side of the border this happened, but Sanook didn't dispute the veracity of the magic.
