Trump moved to military hospital after COVID-19 diagnosis

And to complete the picture the Trump campaign should run a video of how Trump responded to the news that Hillary Clinton had pneumonia. His viciousness and ridicule were just what the doctor ordered. If the doctor's name was Mengele.

And the fact that Trump and his family have consistently refused to wear a mask and that Trump himself has repeatedly questioned the need for one will count for nothing.

If masks were the end all and be all, by your logic then there would be no covid.  Do they help, yes, are they the answer to stop covid, no. Social distancing and good hygiene are needed, which seems to be in short supply around the world.

Nope. He started an economic war with China that everyone around him told him not to do, but he's a spoiled man-child that just grabs at the nearest, shiniest object.

Poor China!, What is the death toll so far from this war?

Not sure which narrative you're pushing (but not expecting consistency anyway).

What's a 'brilliant move'? Getting infected with Covid-19? Do you mean Trump did so intentionally? If so, how is it 'brilliant'? If it happened by chance, how is it a 'move'?

Now, on the other hand, if you wish to imply there's no real infection and it's a (yeah...) 'hoax' - then what 'recovery' are you on about? And given it will be leaked eventually, does the President need another instance of lies and misinformation regarding Covid-19?

He may not even have it. But it is advantageous, either way, if he survives.

Yeah, now compare this with your original post where you celebrated it as a 'brilliant move'. Then try to read my post again. The option raised above is addressed.

Make no bones about this, hospitalization is a big deal. 80% of infected cases don’t need to go to the hospital. WH has been totally non-transparent about his actual condition and none of the WH physician has made any official statement. This is worrisome. The next thing to watch whether he will remain in the Covid unit where he will be treated and monitored. If his health deteriorated further, he will move to the ICU where intubation and ventilator will be decided by the physicians. At his age, putting on a ventilator will be touch and go. Only decent to wish him all the best.

That the doctors are giving 45 an unapproved experimental treatment has raised more than a few eyebrows.

If Trump gets intubation or goes on a ventilator this should invoke the 25th Amendment and a transfer of power to Pence.  This can't be hidden ...

He will come through this and should get a sympathy bump in the polls like Reagan did after he was shot.  The leftist press is trying to put out that fire now.

Has anyone told Trump about that Reagan bump? It might give him an idea.

It won't be hidden. They've already started prepping Pence for such an occurrence. It doesn't mean 45 is deathly ill - yet. They're just planning for as many contingencies as they can imagine.

Don't worry, his devious / delirious fragile nasty mind will have thought about this angle months ago!

I am surprised nobody pulled out a thermal camera and pointed it at him on the way to hospital.

The technology can spot a fever and even take you temp from a distance nowadays

It's all theater. If he actually has it, he will use it to his advantage. If it's a ploy, it is a good one.

Brilliant can be be used as advantageous rather than only intentional.

They're not giving the full story, same with Johnson. Understandably btw.

There is a presidential suite there and an office. So why not work from there, makes good sense.
