Tell them: "I want a fixed IP address".

Maybe they tell you that it is impossible or they will tell you how much it cost.

How temporary does it have to be?  You can get your current external ip from ip-chicken.com or similar sites.  Our service provider is TOT.  Unless I reboot the TOT router the external ip remains the same for 24 hours.
