If there's a computer, that can play 4k videos(not on 4k display), is it then safe to say that the graphics card supports a 4k monitor?

Man, in the IT field 5 years is at least 5 generations, even though things may slow down now.

How do you know it plays 4k?

Typing in System Information in the search box might help.

I know how to check it on the pc. I don't have it with me.
