Actual Rain!

Featured Replies

Raining hard near Ruamchok at this moment. Needed badly. My yard is soaking it up. Likelihood of a power outage? More than 50% I'd guess. Lotsa people out on the roads on bikes are miserable now. Drive safe for the roads are very slippery and dangerous.

We got our downpour yesterday around 3pm, temps are about 10 degree less today, thank Buddha !

Yesterday was a steamy 40 degrees and the AQ was yuck. (officially very unhealthy, a rarity in this part of Issan)

Today, following an overnight thunderstorm it is now 25 degrees and the AQ is excellent. My morning walk was a delight. Ah, that's better.

Had a hard rain with strong winds at our place North of Chiang Mai this afternoon. Estimated 2 cm. A friend in CM said the power was off at her office for a few hours. More expected.

Yes, we even had a downpour for an hour or so here in previously rather dry Suphanburi.

North of Phrae no rain till now.

The air however much better.

Probably more so with the rain and bald tires (which are on most Thai scooters).

There was  a strong wind yesterday but no rain in my part of CM.  i wonder why

Monday , Ratchaburi 08:00hrs - 17:00hrs. Steady rain , no wind , and thunder I haven't heard as loud for a long time. Thought the roof had come in at one time.

We are also wondering why.

Yeah.  We got some last night.  The plants and trees don't know what to make of it.
