Anyone seen this before?

Now I understand why some locals hate tourists that come to Thailand.

Some of the people in this video beggars belief.

I highly recommend it as it is a great watch on a Sunday morning, enlightening to say the least.

Keep your eye out for northerner 'Mark' who has lost his scooter about 7 minutes in, definitely the star of the show.

What an absolute muppet ????

I hope that when Thailand does eventually reopen that none of the types in this series ever return.

I agree 100%, Charlie.

I hope the likes of Mark never return to these shores. Ever.

It came up on my Youtube feed and I watched it too.  Sad with the Tajikistan lady. That guy in Bangkok expecting the massage lady to look after his bike..what a tool.

Interesting those guys who take on that job for no pay... suppose it could be a fun way to pass the odd night.

I thought about doing it too when I was living in Phuket.

But I was too busy with work.

Would have been interesting on a Friday night on Bangala road to say the least.

I never go to Pattaya because I know that it's filled with people like Mark.

Hopefully upon reopening a different kind of tourist will come and maybe then I can go to Pattaya for my weekend breaks.

Don't see the point of watching rubbish like this.

There's good and bad places wherever you go in the world, filmed programs like this probably take up quite a bit of time to make.

I find it interesting to watch the dregs of society on TV.

I used to like Jeremy Kyle & Jerry Springer back in the day.

White trash hanging out their dirty laundry for all to see.

What's not to like? ????

Slightly off topic, 'Mare of Easttown'.

I had to stop watching the series as I couldn't believe life as 'white trash' in the USA could be so bad. Although they all seemed to be living in big houses I couldn't possibly afford, which made it even more weird.

I don't like watching scum that do not have much between their ears,  I've been to all the places in the documentary but have just enjoyed myself and had a good time.

So have I and you get to see them hang out their dirty laundry in 3D!

I can only stomach that for 24hrs though then I have had enough.

Last time I was in Pattaya I did 48 hours and it felt like 48 days.

I really do hope they clean that place up before Thailand reopens.

Just remember that people who live in glass houses should never cast the first stone.  I am sure we have all done some things that we are afraid will come back and bite us in the <deleted>, skeletons in the closet....just writing this for a friend who asked me too......

Last time I was in Pattaya (2018) I saw many, many Marks.

In fact you couldn't move for Marks on walking street.

It was buy 1 get 1 free with Marks on Saturday night.

Yeah it would be nice not to see beach up whale's and just all slim lovelies like years ago.

Also, "let he who is without sin cast the first stone".

You're getting your idioms mixed up with your quotations!   Maybe the next one will be,  "he who is without sin shouldn't throw stones"?

I just started watching that video. And then I thought: Why do I do that? Do I really miss the tourists so much that now I have to watch a video about them. NO!

I just watched that vdo. Made me cringe. But I thought it was quite a good, fair, production.

Can't argue with the narrator's quip (at 43min) that "Slapping a police officer is a surefire way to end your evening" !

I don't drink, never mix with these kind of people and don't place myself in danger's way in these kinds of environments. But I have to admit that I did when I first visited Thailand...and looking back on it, I was very lucky to have come through it smiling and unscathed.

It's the demon drink that lead me astray. I love Thailand much more since I gave up alcohol and I'm certain that Thailand loves me more for it too.

Now that is a Mark!

????

Marks also tend to start fights over bar girls with corned beef legs.

I used to find it amusing. Untill it happened in six bars on the same street durning New Years 2008.  Never been back to Pattaya since.

To be fair you get Marks everywhere, not just Pattaya.

It's just that in Pattaya you have a higher concentration of Marks per square mile.

Possibly the highest concentration in the world bar Benidorm.

Alas, "it is what it is" and "what will be will be", adding the two together would be "It is what it will be and is" .  I am mentally anguished, well according to my status under my Avatar I am.

Corned beef legs or did you mean to say "oversized hams with Kankles, with a side of beef"

I was thinking more like T-Rex. From the movie orgazmo.

I think the first bloke being arrested is Johnny Vegas.
