At the moment the speed limit is 80km/h in built up areas unless signage says something else. This means that the speed limit on soi Bukaow or soi postoffice in Pattaya is 80km/h. This is crazy.

 

The speed limit on Sukhumvit is 90km/h and when you get off Sukhumvit towards Pattaya or Jomtien it should be 50 or 60km/h for all vehichles.

Just because there's a speed limit, doesn't mean you have to travel at it, it's a limit, not a designated speed for the road.

I know but you are still allowed to travel at that speed on these roads and that is crazy. It should be down to 50km/h but normally you will have to drive slower anyway on these roads because of traffic.
