Death rates for those vaccinated are very low, around 1 in a million.

So.....92 % of the population are not allowed to eat in restaurants unless they are fully vaccinated or show a negative test within 7 days? Its a good business plan...I like it, a real KICK START to the struggling hospitality industry. These people really know what they are doing.

I will come in September back to Thailand and be of course fully Pfizer vaccinated.

It was good for the COE to enter, but how is it IN Thailand?

I tried to decipher the real meaning of this announcement in all its flavours but I most probably have failed.

May I ask someone who has understood all the consequences to answer the following simple questions:

 

May I, from September 2021 on, as a vaccinated foreigner with only one AZ shot, but without any "card" (green card ? - are we in the US ?) but with one entry in my international vaccination booklet:

 

1. Buy Printer Ink in the big electronic shop in Central Festival Pattaya?

2. Get a passport photo taken in one of the shops there and collect the printouts ?

and

3. May my wife, Thai national, unvaccinated (because she was not able to get a shot yet) enter a bank branch in Central Festival to do some banking business ?

No, they don't. Vaccinated people have a much lower chance of being infected than the unvaccinated.

Do they have restaurants inside? Do they have Salons?, and better yet how about those malls that have massage venues inside.  However, we can still walk through and shop like before at the grocery store, or can we?
