I've recently moved house.  I'm guessing I have to inform the vehicle licensing department of my new address?  I bought the bike new and have a green book.  What's the process please?

Go to the local DLT with green book,  proof of address, passport and they keep the book and send it to you or telephone you to come and pick it up. 

Pattaya Transport office required a residence certificate, they took about an hour, 200 baht

I changed my two driving licences at the same time, one original RC and two copies, upstairs signed the copy for downstairs change of green book address

I never even though about my licences, 55.  Cheers.

I ‘changed’ mine when I paid the road tax. They just scribbled my new address in my green book with pencil and said ‘no prompem’ ????????‍♂️ Free of charge lol
