Vehicles submerged in Phetchabun as tropical storm wreaks havoc - worst in 20 years

Locals in Phetchabun in the north east of Thailand told Daily News they had experienced the worst flooding in 20 years as tropical storm Tianmu swept through.

 

In some areas cars were totally submerged in the floodwaters.

The Saraburi to Lomsak Road - a main north eastern road - was impassable.

 

Rescue personnel had to rescue a pregnant woman close to giving birth.

He also said there would be no coup, but the majority of Thais think that the unelected PM will lead the country into better times. :cheesy:
