Yes highlighted the madness and fact that it's clear there are those in power want to see all these bars gone. No doubt in my mind about that

Yes 7Elevens all had bumper nights, and all the bars had nothing. By accident or design.?

Good for big business, nothing for small businesses. More nails in the coffin for those bars.

CP owns the 7/11 franchise here along with Lotus & Makro.

In parts of the country they own & control 80% of all food & beverages sales & also remember that a lot of small m&p shops buy their stock from Makro so I can imagine a certain CEO who is doing extremely well from the alcohol ban in bars etc.

I wonder if he has the ear of the men who make these decisions.....?

It's a military dictatorship.

It was not invited to that meet last week in the US about democracy.

The elections are akin to student elections in schools.

The rest of the world knows & the majority of the the population here won't deny it except for the political front facing elite.

It is a problem in this whole south east asian area & is supported by China.

To be fair the military elite & the big 20 families have kept them at arms reach due to the own wealth & control of the country but they are corruptible by nature & the CCP has plenty of time on it's side & now it has the financial muscle to play poker with anyone in the region.
