Action camera

Does anybody know where I can get DJI Osmo Action 1 (not 2) in Chiang Mai?

I've searched in several places including Big Camera and none seem to sell it.

I am disappointed with DJI Action 2 and also Gopro Hero after evaluating both.

GoPro Hero 10 with it's over heating issue is a big disappointment.

Overheating and hanging problems (pulling out batteries to restart) have always been a problem with Gopro Hero cameras. It's not something new with version 10.

DJI action 2 also has overheating problem but not the older model.

Have you tried the BEV store, the official DJI dealer per chance?  Bizpoint 10 off the 121 leaving town left hand side just before the middle ring road behind the Goodview Village.

My Hero 7 Black never had any of these issues.

No, I haven't heard of this store before. I will call them to check.

I've got a GoPro 10 and never had a heating issue. I have read about it - apparently it's related to the type of micro-SD you use, it has to be a high speed one. Using slower ones seemingly cause the issue.

Have you let it record for over 10 minutes?

The GP Hero 10 must have been developed and tested in a cold climate. Yeah, I know it wasn't. But I'm ready to join the class action lawsuit if there ever is one. Mine lasts maybe 10 minutes in a Chiang Mai winter just walking about with it. It has NOTHING to do with the SD card, it's a design flaw. Strap it on a bike helmet and it's fine tho.

Good luck OP, I hope you find what you're after.

Central Festival. Google is yer friend.      https://www.central.co.th/th/search/dji osmo action 1 chiang mai

I ordered online from Central but they cancelled my order after I have made my payment without giving any reasons.

Their customer service is the worst ever. Can't get through every time when we get through after 4 hours of waiting.

They push responsibility to other people in the company all the time.

Now I have to wait several weeks for my refund.

Buy with a credit card then no problem.
