Flying Phuket to Bangkok

Featured Replies

Hi,

I just flew in from Sydney a week ago, did the Thai pass and rt pcr test before I arrived, did the test at the airport on arrival.

Got the green QR code on the app the next day of arrival

tonight I am surprise to fly to Bangkok, but was told I was suppose to do another rt pcr test within 3 days which my hotel was suppose to book for me.

But the hotel now saying that I should be ok because the app is showing green light but I’m not sure about everything at the moment.

anyone have any experiences with this? Nobody in My hotel can give me a straight answer. Trying to ring the airline now which seems to be busy as hell lol.

anyways happy new year to you all :)

Ok,

just got off the phone with Thai Viet jet who I am flying with. They said don’t worry about the second test and it will be ok. They said since I am fully vaccinated and pasted the Covid test on arrival, it will be all good

Last Wednesday flew Phuket - Bangkok with AirAsia.

For domestic flights there is NO vaccine/test checks required/done as per the rules.

Drive to airport and fly.

Minor fault in my post: it was not AirAsia but Thaismile Air from Phuket to Bangkok.

On 24 December flew Khon Kaen to Phuket with AirAsia. No specific documents/tests needed.
