Anutin latest: Praises himself to the skies for saving Thailand

On the other hand, the Ministry of Public Health has always reserved plans, medicines, medical supplies, and personnel.

Terminological inexactitude?

Its funny when things were going badly, all the decisions were nothing to do with him or his department.

"Other non-mask wearing accusations were made but the billionaire bullet proof minister has survived when other country's health ministers have fallen by the wayside."

that is because the other health ministers were evaluated based on their performer in dealing with covid, and not based on the fact that their political party's support was needed by their prime minister to maintain his parliamentary majority.

He assumes most of the Thai people  now have shorter memories now. The result of flip flopping and utter confusion is a type of brain washing recommended by the Chinese

it is what I say it is anything else is fake news. Not.

The only degree his has is in B.S. he is a complete moron. Got his degree at the University of YouTube. Typical German/Russian in cartoon but should be shirtless to be more correct.

Even if 90% of the people voted against the current govt they will not go. Either rig the results or have a "sit in" for the good of the Thai people. If that fails they can always stage another coup

Blowing his own trumpet again ....... not known for any lack of self-confidence. Shoulder rubbing with the Swiss ambassadrice while calling them "dirty farang" - how nice of him.

But yes, he managed to secure the extension of Suvannaphoum airport for his family's construction conglomerate and his latest show of force on the railway between Nong Khai and the Malay border could incline his desire to ink some more deals for his poor family's construction business. Never got the link between Public Health and infrastructure projects but then, who am I to understand ......

Oh please. Do you realize what a ridiculous goon you are? It would be best if you locked yourself in a room and never made another statement to the press. Nobody likes or trusts you anymore.

Let us hope someone from the Future Forward Party, or someone else, on the level of Thanathorn comes forward. The ruling party is despised like never before. They have richly earned that hatred and disapproval. They are thugs, drug lords, and thiefs. And add to that the dismal failure of the tax program, the inability to contain Covid, and the willful sabotage of the tourism sector, and you have all the ingredients for losing a "fair election". How far out they are willing to extend themselves to secure a stolen election, remains to be seen, and so do the repercussions for such a move.

The people have to make a statement, the people have to remove the 250 crony senators, and the people have to find a way to turn this nation around, and drag it back from the stone age of dinosaur leadership.

Prayuth, Pratin, Anutin, Phiphat, and the mafia chief Prompow must go. These guys are toxic, corrosive, corrupt, ineffective, incompetent, untrustworthy, very bad for the nation, and virtually assure a rotten future for the nation, a drop to 75th place in GDP, and increasing irrelevance.

They have already turned Thailand from the tiger of SE Asia, to a sorry, rabid, whiny, anemic alley cat.

That was before. This is now. Things have changed so dramatically in the past few years, and especially since the Covid failures here. I do not think anything applies from the past, anymore. I have never seen the Thai people so angry, disappointed, frustrated, hungry, disenfranchised and scared. When this disease passes, the fools are gone, baby gone. Like the wind. There will be no holding the people back. No tanks, no soldiers, no guns. Nothing will prevent a positive change from happening.

Power to the youth! VICTORY to the youth! May the dinosaurs be exorcised from Thailand!

This all happened due to sheer stupidity. Thailand is really going into a world of hurt now. Tourism will not recover for years and domestic tourism just died. Millions of jobs lost.

When you only test less than 25% of your population, of course you will have low numbers.

What an extreme cynical headline with regards to the pm of our host country.

Compared to other western countries with a divided weak leadership and divided citizens, Thailand is doing VERY WELL.

Still GLAD to be in Thailand during this covid crisis.

For the rest, this pm does a very good job for Thailand. As an environmentalist myself, i see how this governement works very hard and sincere to protect the environment and thinks about the future.

Its the red shirt that are keeping spreading misinformation to the uneducated masses...

Actually of the 115 million vaccine doses given only 23% were Sinovac and many of those were given as a combination Sinovac + AstraZeneca.

The 115 million doses breakdown as:

  • 40% AstraZeneca
  • 23% Sinovac
  • 22% Pfizer
  • 12% Sinopharm
  • 3% Moderna

Source: https://dashboard-vaccine.moph.go.th/dashboard.html

Astrazeneca is produced in Thailand by a pharma company connected to the Thai king so it's understandable that it is given priority.

Sinovac was donated to Thailand by China and given free to the Thai public so I don't see how Anutin benefited to become 'millionaire' as alleged by somebody when no money was involved.

He's been waiting for ANYBODY to praise him so, when they didn't:

He had to do it himself

A bit like the Police Force who had to praise themselves in the absence of the truth!

Does Thailand need to be saved by or protected from...

Thugs, convincted drug lords (in Australia, even served 4 years of jail time) and thieves, yet their biggest theft is the FREEDOM of the Thais, they robbed them of any hopes, any future in broad daylight.

We're not even mentioning how they promised and sworn how they would tackle the rampant corruption problem across the Kingdom, yet all they have accomplished is making it worse while lining up their pockets.

That we are about to find out soon enough, my inner gut are telling me we have seen nothing yet. (think Joe Ferrari on a larger scale)

Indeed, indeed, indeed. Thailand is the laughing stock of the ASEAN region. Think of how they weren't even invited in the last pro-democracy Worldwide event against corruption which was held a few months ago.
