A Thai Royal Navy man of the rank of lieutenant commander is facing sex charges after he installed two cameras in the ladies toilets in a hospital.

The cameras were connected to a computer in the communications section offices of the hospital.

More than 1000 indecent images were found after the discovery of what was going on on January 7th.

The images dated back to 2015 when the secret  filming began.

Vice Admiral Pokkhong Manathatphailin said there was clear evidence after an investigation.

The suspect will face three charges including two related to sexual offences committed against children under and over 15 after they were filmed going about their business in the toilets.

The man who was not named by Sanook will meet with police next Thursday.

Twenty three victims of his perverted activities have already filed complaints on January 10th with Pol Lt-Col Ekkachai Moonlee of the Phlu Ta Luang police in Chonburi in central Thailand.

How did they know they'd been secretly filmed?

What happens with the 977 others? Have they decided not to press charges?  Do any of the children get a vote?

That is what I find MOST shocking... they let this pervert run around for a week, until he has to face the music... in any "normal" country, he would already be jailed, no matter any navy/police rank OR civilian.

Don't you know who i am?

Now the cops gonna watch all the Vids (Some excuse).

That will take a While .

Police investigators are reviewing the evidence to figure out who was filmed, and whether the clips were uploaded to the internet.

Lt Commander with the brain of a 12 year old boy.    If It's these kind of weirdo's and Pedo's that are the cream of the Thai Military Forces then you wouldn't want to go to War with them as your CO .   Should ever an Enemy want to invade this country they will roll over these creeps in a week or two !

It was reported on local radio this morning that he is being held in custody to prevent any witness intimidation.

I'm guessing that this must have happened at the navy hospital. Someone of his rank could easily intimidate witnesses, especially if they are mostly RTN personnel.

The other 977 images are still being thoroughly examined by prosecutors.

So nobody questions a guy in the ladies toilet or why he’s using a computer in hospital offices when not employed there ?

Did nobody else use this computer and if he was dumb/smart enough to put them there then why would he not send the images to a laptop at home . ????

There are many types of fetishes people get a kick out of, some harmless, others disgusting and some just weird  of seeing women taking a dump or a pee...

Hope he gets 7 years in the pokey... one for each year that he was free to film.

Before we get too prim and proper about Lieutenant-Commander Tos$er and the Thai navy, let's not forget how prominent digital manipulators in the West get away with this kind of creepy perversion.
