Opinion: Don’t go down the path of vaccine mandates, rather show anti-vaxxers for who they really are

What on earth are you going on about? From your own data 53, 544 died from the flu and pneumonia in the US alone in 2020. I said "many", and 53,544 is certainly "many" by any calculation.

I never said it was the main cause of death. I have no idea why you are saying I said that, but I can guess.

No, it would still have killed many of them, staying fully healthy when older is impossible. Ailments come uninvited.... you almost seem to be saying people deserved to die because they were old, or had health issues, and were undeserving of help from society because you determine their health issues were self inflicted... which is nonsense.

No guarantees about living long. Friend of mine same age died 20 years ago from natural causes.

We die when we die- end of.

What makes you think I expect the Thai government to do anything about finding the origin of covid? If I did expect the Thai government to find the origin of covid it would be because the Thai government is the best in the world at everything, it would be a piece of cake for them but like the rest of the world they don't want to, like Jim Jordan says why is that?I'll tell you why they don't and that is they think it's not important. The governments in the world just don't think it's that important to find out why 6 million have died from covid so that they might stop it from happening again. Why don't the world's governments care about trying to stop something like this happening again? Why isn't the mainstream media asking these questions? Why aren't you asking these questions Danderman?Don't you care enough that 6 million people have died from covid to find where it originated so we can stop it happening again?Or would you rather blame the unvaxxed for the pandemic?

I think we know the answer to to those questions if we have been paying attention.

No guarantees of a long life and death can come at any time. We should all live each day as if it were our last.

Read and learn...............

Coronaviruses are zoonotic, meaning they are transmitted between animals and people.

Detailed investigations found that SARS-CoV was transmitted from civet cats to humans and MERS-CoV from dromedary camels to humans. Several known coronaviruses are circulating in animals that have not yet infected humans.

Typically, the lower in the food chain, the less likely a healthcare worker is to be vaccinated. Physicians are more likely to be vaccinated than someone with minimal training.

Like this lowly Doctor in the UK NHS, he's had Covid and doesn't fancy a vaccination - here he is explaining that directly to the health secretary, the government minister directly in charge of the entire health service for the whole country.

What you don't seem to know is there are many like him, obviously these are the uneducated morons I've been hearing so much about, who just happen to be Medical Doctors.

Perhaps you should email him and put him right ????

No such thing.

You sure about that. These statistical outliers  may very well have undiagnosed genetic defects that  cause serious covid. Maybe you should educate yourself on this with a little research. It is not only vax status that can determine a covid course which seems to be a major agenda these days. I hope ya all read this.https://protomag.com/covid-19/why-do-young-healthy-people-die-covid-19/

Similar experience here, becoming good friends with a guy who was paralysed from the waist down, and I was his designated wheelchair pusher/carer for about five years, which I didn't mind one bit because he was a great guy.

I didn't have any choice about being vaccinated, and I'm so pleased that I didn't, because about the time when the vaccination became available there was a poor guy in our town who was in an iron lung, and in those days they were big hefty old things, and he used to be driven round in the back of a large Commer van, and he would be taken to schools where he could answer questions from us schoolchildren, this after his Dr/carer had given us the lowdown on his condition and this disease.

It was as if he was from another planet because he was in this big iron lung and although he could speak, if he was taken out of it for any length of time, he would die. And he made a huge impression on us schoolkids and our parents because they would be invited along to hear what was being said.

I also had the good fortune to meet a very attractive girl, in the late 60s, but unfortunately she had also contracted polio as a kid and could only walk with crutches and calipers and it was such a shame to see such a beautiful looking girl being set back like this.

I often wondered what her future would be like, but the poor girl was killed when her specially adapted three wheeled car turned over and caught fire with her in it, and she couldn't escape and was burnt to death – – so sad.

However I do believe that my school friend went on to get married and have children, and I do believe he is alive today, so as I'm writing this I will make an effort to get in touch with him.

Moral of the story is that vaccinations have saved countless lives, and that's why the medical profession/specialists/scientists develop them.

Interesting perspective. Last sentence is spot on, but unfortunately it is the success of vaccinations that has created the current problem. The most vocal have never seen the way things were.

This is nothing to do with the government, so no deflection from anything.  It's the personal opinion of a rag's writer, Cod Satrusayang who has no ability to marginalise anyone.

I'm afraid the author of the linked article has rather blotted their copybook by saying the following:

"A democratic and liberal government, and it is debatable whether we live under one right now, should not mandate or force people to receive something as personal as an intravenous injection."

I'm sorry, but while I might sympathize with some of what this person is trying to say, for me you rather lose your authority to pontificate on vaccine-related matters if you think they are given intravenously.

LMAO hope you guys enjoy your quarterly boosters.

Someone has to make sure Pfizer reaches their quarterly sales target.

No better feeling than being able to make my own health decisions based off my risk profile.

And thank you to those of you who are selflessly volunteering to be subjects in the ongoing Phase 3 mRNA and AVV vaccines clinical live trials due to end at the end of 2022 though 2024
(Source: https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04470427?term=NCT04470427&draw=2&rank=1; https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04368728?term=NCT04368728&draw=2&rank=1
And honestly I can not find a precedent where vaccines are needed three to four times a year in order to maintain high levels of 'neutalizing antibodies' in the human body.  Under what conditions in the past has the human body been subjected to a maintenance schedule of 'high levels' of neutralizing antibodies year round.  Is the human body designed to due that on it's own?  That is the function of B and T memory cells.  They call the antibodies when needed; not antibodies forever.
Well see how that works long-term if the government officials publish the results. Witholding study data now seems the norm (Sorry commoners but you're too stupid to understand the numbers, even you with degrees in Life Sciences).
So many thanks for those volunteering as long-term vaccination subjects.  Your sacrifice is appreciated by the medical and pharmaceutical industries as well as the rest of us.
This family will stick to time-tested old tech inactivated virus vaccines which new studies show to stimulate B and T memory cell production (Source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/labs/pmc/articles/PMC8547974/)
I'm not hobbled by a dislike of the Chinese people so personally the Chinese vaccines are this family's go-to shots as not wanting an mRNA or AVV shot not doubt makes us 'anti-vaxxers' in the minds of those who want to take those shot.  And we'll take a look at Thailand's GPO's inactivate virus vaccine as well when it's approved by the Thai FDA.  And for those who don't want the shots at all.  More power to you. It's an individual choice.  I won't discriminate based on vaccinate status.

I'll go one step further, thanks to those in the current trials but even more thanks to the 100's of thousands in previous trials around the world that helped the scientists who developed these vaccines, (all brands) to go and prove their safety and efficacy. Without them the world would be in a very dark place.

So where did SARS CoV 2 come from?Where are the detailed investigations that show this? That's great that you mentioned some diseases that have known origins but can you do the same for the virus in this current pandemic?

And what do you think determining the source will tell us?

The structure of the original virus has been completely mapped as well as its variants. What therapeutic benefit is there in knowing where it came from?

Moderna says pandemic will end in 2022 but annual boosters needed

“We should be in a world where between vaccination, boosting and natural infection and potentially a less virulent virus we might move to an endemic setting where it circulates in the community forever,” Bancel said.

Covid-19 boosters would likely become an annual event for people over the age of 50 and vulnerable people suffering from underlying conditions, Bancel told the Financial Times in an interview.

Dunno. Why don't you ask the experts who put so much effort into finding the origin of not only this virus but all the others they put so much effort in finding the source of?

"Although great progress has been made in understanding the epidemiology, virology, immune response, and clinical outcomes of this disease 1 year after the start of the pandemic, the origin of the virus remains unresolved."

The scientific community strongly dismisses these unproven and misleading speculations and generally accepts that the SARS-CoV-2 has a natural origin and was selected either in an animal host before zoonotic transfer, or in humans following zoonotic transfer.

What your quotation didn't say was that solving the origin of the virus will help in understanding the epidemiology, virology, immune response, and clinical outcomes. It's an intriguing question. But not a crucial issue in controlling it.

Knowing the Origins of COVID-19 Won't Change Much

More importantly, focusing on origins begs a question were there really major health policy or research directional changes for previous pandemics when the origins were determined?... The great influenza pandemic may have originated in WW I army barracks, but we moved on to WW II and did not stop soldiers being in barracks. In short, knowing origins made little difference in how we treated and dealt with the disease—in most if not all cases.

Shi’s supporters say that if there had been a lab coverup, it’s unlikely the staff could have kept the secret from leaking out, especially with a full-court press by U.S. intelligence agencies. The U.S. intelligence report delivered to President Biden last month said that the coronavirus was not a bioweapon and that Chinese authorities did not know about the virus in advance.
