I know that the 2nd PCR is soon to be history, but I have recently been in contact with people who have told me about it, and if this is the norm, then it's incredibly stupid... or just plain greedy.

- The second PCR is being done after the hotel stay on the 5th night. When the hotel stay is 'supposed to be' the quarantine environment in case they test positive, it's totally useless if they sleep overnight before doing the test,... then do the test and leave.

- People on postponed or delayed flights don't seem to be getting their 2nd pcr put back to match their arrival.

 

Are these isolated incidents, or is this the norm?
