No doubt some Russians in Thailand would like to unload a condo about now.

I full paid  , it can be an outcome for them .

If still to become full paid to the builder it would be a serious problem for them.

But also some western small  fisherman do not sail out anymore as not worth the money because high petrol prices , western economy becomes hurt too because all this Putin doing ...

I suggest you try telling that to the oligarchs, whose assets outside Russia are now frozen. The central bank, who can't support the ruble with forex transactions. The ruble is now worth less than one US cent.

Foreign companies in Russia are stampeding for the exits, what's the point of making a profit if you can't move it?

The official interest rate in Russia has been doubled to 20%. In Australia, it's 0.1%. If that doesn't tell you what damage sanctions are wreaking on the Russian economy, I give up.

The oligarchs are salivating at the prospect of buying on the dip.  And buying up abandoned western assets in Russia for rubles on the dollar.  Just one more massive transfer of wealth...

It's the proletariat that will suffer.

Now there are reports that 27,000 Russian tourists are stranded throughout the world due their flights back to Russia being canceled because Russian owned or operated aircraft have been banned from EU, Canadian, USA airspace.

About 17,000 Russians are stranded in Dominican Republic, because of no flights and some are running out of money or credit cards no longer working.

Up to Russia to help them out, as the world is having to do for displaced Ukrainians, and their own nationals trapped in Ukraine.

True enough, but they are running out of places to go. The French have just seized one of the super yachts belonging to one oligarch, and there are more sheltering in the Maldives.

Not much point to being obscenely wealthy if you are confined to Russia.

So even below parity with 1 of those irritating little 25-satang coins you frequently get in your supermarket change now.

Cabbage and beetroot are the safe havens in Russia now.
