They don't always dress in full Arab traditional robes. There is a whole Arab  town in Both Pattaya and Bangkok

The problem is that there is not much to attract them to Thailand. Hot weather they have, beaches they have but Thailand has very few goats.

If that's all they want they're going to be coming in droves because there's nothing faster at getting horizontal than a Thai woman - although I'd say they would have competition from underage boys for this lot.

between their plans to draw in millions of Chinese, Indian, wealthy Tourist & now Middle Easten tourist,  Thailand will be the worlds most visited country by a country mile.
