Thailand should form another commitee to come up with a policy on Russia. By the time they do come up with a policy the conflict will be over, so no decision needs to be made. Thailand can then wash their hands of any moral commitment and stay in the midddle to collect the crumbs left over.

Shameless nations, not wanting to disrupt relations with a condemnation. Spineless.
