[email protected] & 126.com spam

Featured Replies

Is anyone else getting hundreds of emails from [email protected] and 126.com, this morning I had over a hundred emails from these email addresses in 2 of my email folders, it is chinese based spam and apparently it happens to other email users a lot. The only english is the email address, everything else is chinese scratchings, I have adjusted my allowed emails with my servers so hopefully it will not happen again but wondered if others have also been targeted

No, but if I was you I'd scan my device(s) for viruses and malware.

At least you are not alone.

Lots of complaints since months about these.

You seem to run your own mail server/client?

And I thought 18 spams this morning looking through my webmail was much.

McAfee subscription, last reminder... very stubborn.

And still I have to look to the spam folder as the artificial "intelligence" is not smart enough.

A mail from a 20 year long friend with address at the same (German) provider - having sent so many mails in the past - ends in spam!!!

Seems they didn't like the topic:

Windows 11 :cheesy:

I am using Mail/Outlook. I get very very few Junk mails, maybe 2 or 3 a week and usually from someone I know. None at all on my Gmail account.
