EV Charging Stations (CS)
Tried a few longer locations ( 600 km ) but not an Elexa charger to be seen , what am I missing ? Tried the Home Screen also which works as expected showing nearby chargers and search for chargers etc that you can then navigate to but the trip planner without any charging stops seems a bit surplus to requirements !! Also get a few Format Exception messages so something amiss . -

EV Charging Stations (CS)
I peeked at Gmap, and both routes have plenty of CSs. You can almost, probably make without charging, especially if 580 is WLTP range, as it's only 460 kms (using hwy # 539), although about 7 hrs. -

Protests Threaten Return of Yingluck Shinawatra to Thailand
I will forever remember Taksin for his ineffective drug war and all the mayhem that created. I'm very concerned about Thailand. What's in it for me? I am married to a Thai and live in Thailand although that might change with the taxation and violent crime ratcheting upward. There is really zero good news here I'm afraid. Best idea thus far is to suck jobs from China as US looks at tarrifs against all these ridiculous export driven economies. A bunch of promises for a bunch of shltty low wage mfg jobs. Data centers lol. A staff of four Thai managed remotely. Ineffective bureaucracy, like Philippines a nation so full of laws and bureaucratic backhanders that nothing moves, a totally failed education system where best and brightest go abroad, entrenched oligarchy, Army predisposed to coups, zero innovation bc Thais are not given the intellectual juice to create and innovate. A tired system of corrupt patronage that honors and rewards anything but what it should. Anyone doubt any of this I think the last election and it's aftermath as evidence as well as the last 25 years. My prediction is we see foreigners and their money far more targeted and not in a thankful, gracious way - it will be a grab for money both by government and in the street. Things will be far more coarse five years from now. They are out of ideas. Hopefully, Taksin can deliver something of substance I can leave, I feel very sorry for these lovely people. -

What's The Issue With DHL.....
Sorry for some reason my post uploaded with half the text missing so I'll start again; Ordered an Android Media Box from Amazon UK which price included all fees for custom clearance and was shipped via DHL International. Got an email yesterday from DHL UK stating shipment had departed UK and on its way to Thailand. Today I get this email from DHL Thailand stating that customs have impounded the item as the shipping invoice has a HTS code for which a broadcast and transmission equipment import license is required from the NTBC of Thailand. Contacted DHL and explained to them that Amazon website stated goods were eligible for delivery in Thailand and that the item is just a set top box for personal use and does not transmit or broadcast any signal, I then sent them the specifications to prove this point. Their response was I need to contact NTBC and either get a waiver letter or obtain the said license otherwise the goods will be destroyed. Has anybody else had issues like this and were you able to resolve them?
