Community German National Rescued After Reportedly Being Left Homeless in Jomtien
Pattaya still holds a lot of positives beyond the girlie scene. Perhaps move away from the central areas, and beware of these emotional ladies! Many many are living with a GF/wife without much drama.... -

Tentative Thaw: US and China Begin Talks to Ease Trade War Tensions
As usual, apart from making things up, you have no idea what you’re talking about. ASEAN is a bigger trading partner to China than the U.S. There won’t be any winners in such a trade war but one side will end up the bigger loser. Only the really dumb will think that is China. -

Does the world need a pope?
Good luck to Pope Leo but what a lot of hoo-hah ! Of course, its better that the Roman Catholic Church has a leader that is a decent chappie, but what a massive drama is always made of this occasion. Whether Leo can make any difference at all to anything at all, remains to be seen. Listening to Sky News - they just described him as 'one of the most powerful People in the World' - dream on !!!! I'm not a Catholic but I regard the RC Church with ongoing horror after exposures of the historic institutionalised child abuse detailed so clearly in the film 'Spotlight' years ago. Pope Leo will almost certainly disappear into irrelevance now, until he makes a Papal visit somewhere, giving the excuse for more media drama. Yawn.
