Former murdering cop says sadistic bedroom sex games led to death of his wife

Daily News Thai  Caption: Wife dead after attack

 

Police in the Ban Nasan district of Surat Thani were called to a house in a rubber plantation where a 51 year old woman called Gift lay dead.

 

Dressed in t-shirt and shorts and lying on the bed the former school teacher was badly battered about the head and eye socket.

 

The body was sent for autopsy.

 

The man responsible was her husband Boy, 52, who surrendered to police, reported Daily News.

 

He said that on Sunday evening he had been drinking with his pals and had gone home at 11 pm and went to sleep with his wife.

 

When he woke up she was still and he phoned his relatives. He said he didn't mean it.

 

He explained that he and his wife engaged in sadistic sex games involving violence and that this was the cause of her death, all a tragic mistake.

 

He was charged with assault causing death.

 

The younger sister of the victim said that Boy had turned violent after being released from prison five years ago.

 

It emerged that Boy was a former police lance corporal in Krabi before he was drummed out of the RTP.

 

He shot a fellow officer dead in an argument over a woman in 2011 and received a 6 year four month sentence that he completed in 2017.

 

Now it appears - under the guise of a sex game gone wrong - he has killed yet again, notes ASEAN NOW.

Served 6 years for murder ? Entire sentencing and parole committee should be sacked and imprisoned immediately for enabling the murder

Yep. of he'd been given the death penalty for murder that lady would be walking around today. So would many many people who's countries have abandoned capitol punishment. 

I know people say that abolishing the death penalty is a good thing because it stops an innocent person (very unlikely) being put to death, but I think it's far worse to be innocent and have a released convicted killer come along and murder you.

 

In the UK alone, between 2000 and 2010, thirty convicted killers went on to kill again after their release.

Quite obviously the entire Thai legal system is in dire need of an overhaul, too much violence and with such lenient punishment is little to deter the likes of this ex RTP con. He was an officer of the law so one would like to think he should have a better understanding of the law yet in 12 years he has murdered twice. Lets hope the legal system and its puppets get it right this time!!

Life in prison in Thailand is 40 years prison.
As this fellow plead "Guilty" and turned himself freely to the cops, the jailterm is automaticly reduced to 50%, or 20 years in jail.
Showing good behavior in jail and being cooperative, the fellow woll become availabe for reduced jailterm or 10 jears in jail.
If not realease earlier by a "Royal Pardon" this guy will be roaming the streets for his next victim in 10 years.
