So what? A few people here and there smoking ganga is not a narco state. Isn't that better than the cops holding people up for bribes, like before? Are we being a bit overly dramatic? Or, are you a reefer madness type?

I haven't smoked cannabis for at least 30 years, and I have zero interest in starting again.  But walking around Pattaya, with its many cannabis shops, vans and self-service vending machines, I haven't noticed any problems at all.  No stoned tourists lying in the gutter, nada.... zilch.

Absurd to see that the dreadful new government in the UK is currently thinking of reclassifying cannabis as a Class A drug!

It was clear from the beginning, once it was partially legalized (medical) it would quickly escalate to free-for-all.

I haven't seen any of this here in the provinces though.

I mean zero..no shops flogging it nor anybody smoking in public.

Only masks, like we are still in 2021. ????????????

I don't think the government is actually proposing this , in fact I read they had issued a denial, it was a proposal from some police forces. they were trying to blame cannabis use for their appalling crime figures and this was their ridiculous proposal to improve things
