What is the meaning behind your nickname/nom de plume on ASEAN Now, and what made you choose it?

For bonus entertainment value; how do you pronounce it?

I know user "Bluespunk" probably regrets not hyphenating theirs. ????

It's my legal name, short but simple, and easy to remember.

As written on birth cert:  L.A.  ...though periods no longer allowed.

Pronounced 'L A' not la la la

Used to use my last name also, but sadly, too many a-holes in the world, plus I like being incognito from govt eyes.  With exception of 1 financial site, all sites have false/fake info about me, and basically untraceable on the internet.

Won't sign up for any site that requests a ph#, use adblocker, so half the links people post,  can't even read, or probably care to.  Don't even need a VPN.

I Google my legal name, and get nothing now.

What's the point of having a nom de plume then revealing or explaining it????

2 Baht....That's T-W-O  B-A-H-T!  Got it? ????

No "handle" for me....

Just my first initial & a derivation of my middle name....

I really didn't see the need for pseudo monikers, so I don't use them.... I'm not scattered all over the internet.....

I do get a chuckle seeing some that others use..

I wanted "Festering Pimple on the P--ck of Progress" - but was denied

I got quite drunk one night and whilst we were walking home, over the uneven footpath, my "companion" remarked that I was walking like a chicken.

I married that girl, and it is our 22nd anniversary tomorrow (I chose a date that I could remember, remember, the fifth of November).

The OP asks for others to explain their "ASEAN Handle" but fails to explain his!

Nothing like leading by example!

I like Gin & Tonics, not so hard to interpret

I think blue spunk for some reason but probably sure it's blues punk.

Gives me a laugh anyway.

Sort of like when you go past a junk shop, who is buying in a junk shop.????

My Username was a mistake, I tried to change it at the time but was not allowed to. Possum1931 is the nickname of my favourite country music singer George Jones and the year of his birth.

That was supposed to be my password, my password now is the one I wanted for my User name.

I don't know if it was me or Thaivisa itself.

Hmmmm -

A couple o' Possumabilities ....

My user name is of course my first name, and I added my age when I joined ThaiVisa.  Now I'm more than 20 years older!

It's my surname.

It's pronounced Jeffers.

Los is pronounced Los, and is in there because I usually spend 4-6 months in the Land Of Smiles each calendar year.

I can change your username for you,  but then everyone will know your password.
