Most Thais are very tolerant of farang, but don't really like them at the moment. 

Legalization will attract a better foreigner that the drunken Pattaya ones. 

Remember it was largely the hippies that found Thailand, and no fat ones like this drunken guy. 

Not sure why the hippies were not fat, well the men anyway.
