I recently called Tech. Support for a company and one of the first questions they asked was, "How would you like me to address you so that you feel comfortable while we solve this problem?" I said they could use my name, or a good old-fashioned 'you' would be fine.

Man, I'm glad I don't have to memorize all those things and then learn how to tell them apart.

The issue is that other people shouldn't be prevented from doing so when it affects their own lives.

Second only to idioms, the proper use of prepositions is the most difficult thing to master in the English language.
