I don't want to single out Thailand....because there are totally retarded MPs in all countries...but...this really makes it apparent that Thailand is not immune to politicians who probably aren't that stupid...but who give retarded reasons like this because they think the PUBLIC is stupid. He's always been opposed to drinking...loves early closings, loves the stupid rules for sales restrictions after midnight etc...of course he doesn't think this is true. He's just trying to find some reason for his random restrictions.
