Hunter Biden asks for criminal probe into Trump allies for 'theft' of data from laptop

Lawyers for Hunter Biden sent letters Wednesday requesting investigations into allies of former President Donald Trump who they say trafficked in stolen information from his laptop — a dramatic shift in strategy for the president’s son after years of GOP attacks.

 

Among the letters, which were obtained by NBC News, was one sent Wednesday to the Justice Department's National Security Division asking for an investigation into "individuals for whom there is considerable reason to believe violated various federal laws in accessing, copying, manipulating, and/or disseminating Mr. Biden’s personal computer data," including Rudy Giuliani, who was Trump's lawyer at the time.

 

Hunter Biden lawyers wrote a similar letter to the Delaware attorney general's office, requesting a probe into the same people for allegedly violating "various Delaware laws" in accessing Biden's information from what Trump has called "the laptop from hell."

If your lap top went missing and turned up months later in the hands of people who had stolen it, or received it as a stolen item, and many of whom had accessed the laptop you would very reasonably deny any knowledge of anything nefarious on that laptop.

 

As would anyone.

 

The people handling this stolen laptop were political opponents of Hunter Biden’s farmer.
 

By all means, put that in front of a Grand Jury, it’ll not get as far as. Trial Jury and if it does Hunter Biden’s legal team will explain ‘reasonable doubt’ to the Jury.

Imop Im not a lawyer so I could care less about whether it was  stolen ! Just like leaks and sources who dont want their names divulged the contents are for political prodding.

I would expect that as soon as this laptop business surfaced Papa Joe put the whole business in the care legal and political pros, told the kid to keep his damn crack-smoking mouth shut. 

He might be on the verge of doddering in his behavior, but Joe has been in DC a long time, and even when a mere senator was a known for being a sociable and popular guy.  On St Paddy's day he gives a breakfast celebration and invites all Irish people who work the capitol, including journalists.  He's not a miracle worker but he knows how to make things happen in the legislative and executive.  I don't see any of the Dem presidential hopefuls who can bring that as well as he does.

I got as far as the first sentence before encountering disinformation. Hunter's laptop didn't go "missing". Hunter dropped it off at a Mac repair shop and did not collect it.

 

Let's stick to facts here, even if they are not beneficial to the democrat narrative.
