Michael Knowles—right-wing political commentator associated with the Daily Wire—said “for the good of society… transgenderism must be eradicated from public life entirely” at the Conservative Political Action Conference Saturday afternoon.

 

The transphobic comment has prompted reactions of horror, with Tech expert and author Alejandra Caraballo writing that Knowles was “openly calling for genocide against trans people.” John Knefel of Media Matters also labelled the comment “genocidal.”

I am generally supportive of people being able to make their own choices in life. But, this constant discussion, this constant barrage in our faces, of trans, pan, amoro, cis, non cis, boi, demiboy, dyadic, femme, gender expansive, genderfluid, maverique, etc. is so old, so over done, so obnoxious, many of us find it repulsive and a real turnoff. 

 

Fortunately, it seems to be mostly limited to America, one of the most dysfunctional societies on the planet. And I say that as an American! There is some leakage elsewhere, but it does not appear to be taken too seriously. In the US, it is completely out of control.

A very small miniscule % of folks wants the majority to bow down to all their needs, wishes and demands. You were born a female and you want to pretend to be a male, fine but don't expect the majority to play along. 

 

Would you want your daughter to be forced to share bathrooms and locker rooms with boys who want to be girls. Forking insane. The powers that be know better but they are afraid of being labeled with the many isms that they go along with the insanity.

“Their vile, anti-trans rhetoric does not resonate with the majority of Americans who are interested in solutions, not slander. But that doesn’t mean their transphobic hate and propaganda won’t cause harm,” Wetrosky says. “Their words rile up far-right extremists resulting in more stigma, discrimination and violence against LGBTQ+ people.
