Even if you get one you might be well advised to know, that most government offices do NOT attend to their mailboxes. Some come with free mailer accounts @bigfoot.com, @hotmail.com, @gmail.com or similar. 

Whatever you concern is, call them or show up in person as emails - in my humble experience - so far almost never worked.

Or have a LINE account that ends in a garbage bin.
Once tried a simple question to KK immigration ("are you open on...").

No answer.

 

I did some attempts to find something specific about this office (website, Facebook, Email etc.). Except a phone number I couldn't find anything.

And from what I know they are crowded like mad and wouldn't expect an answer anyway.

They won't even look at an e-mail in English. Delete and forget it

They don't even answer calls. My recommendation is take 30 minutes more to drive to Rayong and make everything you need there instead.

My vehicle is registered in Chonburi  province  so going to Rayong is a No Go'er

I believe many functions can be done at any office. I went to Rayong to do my tax when the vehicle is Chonburi registered.

Drive 20 mins down Suk road and go to Chonburi LTD then.

I did that last week only to be told  there's a delay bcoz of the recent holidays etc and come back in another 20 days ..  don't fancy another wasted round trip of 85 km just to be told it's been delayed again  ,,   the pleasures of Thai bureaucracy .

I don't think i have ever had an email replied to in Thailand

85km round trip is significant, do you live in Chonburi ?

I get notice from immigration when I need to do my 90 day report.

I do it online and they Email me they got my application.

A couple of hours later I get an Email it's accepted and get my receipt.

If it helps I was there to pick up a replacement Number plate  which I lost  on my travels "NOT" to renew my DL . different departments involved..... so you'll probably be OK .

UPDATE !  The Land & transport office have a LINE Group ..  you can ask questions on there .. They respond fairly quickly during Office Hours , please don't ask me for the LINE address . I added them via a QR code at their Office .

The messages I sent  were in English and  also translated into Thai using Google translator .. that worked for me
