sounds a bit 'fascist' and hysterical, at least you did not add 'genocidal' though just because some don't happen to agree with you ????

It's a common tactic to claim homophobia is only about fear. Sometimes they might not know the real definition. But it happens so often that I think they usually do but act like they don't.

I said kids get bullied at school for all kinds of reasons

parents need to teach the kids to toughen themselves up.

because people can also get bullied later in life in the workplace, in business ...

Yes and no.

Bullying combined with social media too often leads to suicide of the person being bulled. Schools should actively try to reduce it.

If you are pretty no matter ladyboy, gay or whatever sexual preferences, and meet the standards set by opinion you can cruise through life.

In a way I agree with you. But there is a big "but".

All pretty people get older. And most of them are a few years later not so pretty anymore.

The pretty people got used to getting everything they wanted, just because they were pretty. As long as that lasted that was fine for them.

But then there is the moment when they still think they can get everything, but they don't. Because they are suddenly not pretty anymore. And that is then a real problem for these people.

After they experienced for years that they get everything for doing nothing they have to learn that suddenly that doesn't work anymore.

There are lots of failed ex-pretty people out there.

Being pretty is not only enough, it comes with personality and apperance. Confident people normally get away with more than others.

Victims and those who constantly victimize themselves seems to meet more negative feedback than others.

The whole post was spot on.

The fact it highlights some issues you would rather not accept doesn't make it a rant.

Nope.  It was a rant

Before heiling too much for Thailand and their acceptance of unatural people, you should take note that...

Sure Thai is good in accepting different stuff within this... BUT only as long as it does NOT hit their own family, THEN IT IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MESS..... Acceptance and tolerance has it´s borders.......

Is that not the same for most Western people.

While there is not a lot of anecdotal evidence on LGTBQ+ look at the homeless in California.  People feel sorry and think that more should be done but as Newsom said publicly that is until they want to build low-income housing in their local area.,

I feel that many of the people that trumpet this would be shocked and screaming if Junior the football player came home and at supper said Mom dad I am changing my name to sheila.

Nowhere is.  If anyone comes to live in Thailand without having done their research thinking it's paradise then more fool them.

Exactly. The West has largely accepted LGBT and looks what's happening. Now they don't want mere acceptance, they want to use whatever toilets and changing rooms they want, they want to choose which prison they go to, they want to dance erotically down the street half naked to celebrate their pride, they want to force people to refer to them by whatever pronouns they deem appropriate, often under the threat of violence.

The likes of Rusiia, China etc. are probably looking at what's happening in the West and thinking "Nah, not worth the bother. It will never be enough for them anyway".

Massive over-reach by the LGBT "community" which will end up backfiring.

https://www.thepinknews.com/2023/05/20/starbucks-transgender-viral-video/

Spain has now spoken for the first time since the incident, telling Vice that the video only shows the end of the argument with the customer, and does not tell the whole story.

“The viral video doesn’t show the customer calling us tr*nnies and going on a rant about gender. It doesn’t show how it started with her screaming about why we don’t accept cash, and demanding that we do. The internet’s been filled with lies,” Spain said.

“The woman in the video was rude and abusive all the way through us trying to serve her … she was furious about not being able to pay cash, but it’s quite a common reaction from some older customers in our store, so I was ready with a response. But she just wouldn’t accept it.”

Spain responded to online suggestions that Thomas misgendered her accidentally, by claiming it had been “deliberate and spiteful”.

The former employee added: “She said, ‘What is it with you tr*nnies and all this gender stuff’ and ‘with you tr*nnies it’s always all about gender’. I cut her off and told her she’s not getting served.

“I asked her to come to the till and get a refund. But instead, she started getting louder and louder.

“She was calling me a man as much as she could, and calling my colleague, a trans man, ‘a woman’ in front of a store full of customers and colleagues.

“People need to remember that we deal with all sorts of customers all the time, including transphobic ones, but nothing like this has ever happened before.”

Spain went on to claim that she was fired after the incident went viral, despite management initially offering their support.

After the incident was covered by the right-wing press, Luna Spain added, her address and contact details have been shared online, and “transphobes have started knocking” at her home, leading her to feel “unsafe every time I leave the house”.

According to Vice, the police are investigating the incident as a potential transphobic hate crime.

Definitely not a LGBTQ paradise.

But well short of throwing people off buildings.

The Thai LGBTQ civil rights movement is now working hard to bring about equality.

It's not about equality.  It's about reality.

"equality", that stupid word again.

Why is it so difficult to understand for some people that chromosome xy is not chromosome xx?

Obviously some people can pretend to be the opposite of what they are. But that doesn't mean that is reality.

As far as I am concerned you can identify as anything you want. But please don't try to tell children that your world view is correct. It's your view. You can think the world is flat or it is a globe. But please don't tell children the world is flat.

It's not about equality.  It's about reality.  A perversion of reality.

Think about it . . . people who can't accept themselves for who they are then demand that others accept them for who they're not.

Most people have a live and let live attitude.  But it all changes when they go after young, impressionable minds.  They actually deliberately target children because children's minds are still very pliable.  It's criminal in my opinion.

and the worst delusion, som people think they are living the life when they dress up and roll away like this ????

Seriously, humans make images of themselves being something or someone based on external influence. Some are truly borned to be wild, but most is just wannabees. Could that be the same with identity of which sex they belong to?

There are many different gender identities, including male, female, transgender, gender neutral, non-binary, agender, pangender, genderqueer, two-spirit, third gender, and all, none or a combination of these.

How many biker identities are there ? Most people need to belong somewhere, and if there is no options for them, they create one

You're thinking your example is an apples to apples comparison.  It's not.  There's a difference you're ignoring, Hummin.  It's rejection.  The trans person who changes from their biological sex to the opposite sex rejects their biological sex.  It's a main point of contention with the trans culture.  They reject their biological heritage and believe that their sex is determined by their mental state.  Big difference there, Hummin.

It's one thing to say, "Yes, I know I'm male but I want to be female."  It's quite another to say, "I was born with male genitalia but I'm not a male."

And then when they demand others to use there preferred pronouns they're attempting to force others to also reject their own biological heritage.  It's twisted thinking which demands that reality be rejected.  Live and let live.  I don't care what others chose for themselves.  But if you want to come after my kids and deceptively convince them to reject their biological heritage then do not expect me to be civil with you.

Hummin, we've interacted on another thread and from that thread I know you believe that all of the answers can be found in nature.  So I ask you, have you ever seen an orange tree attempt to produce lemons?  Of course not.  Nature is wise.  An orange tree understands it's nature implicitly and relishes and rejoices in it's own nature.  It does not refute what it is.  Only humans are capable of entertaining the preposterous idea that they should be what they are not.  It's an identity problem.  These people are so totally confused about identity that they no longer can even recognise their own true nature.

And I have to add that it's thoroughly despicable that these people then attempt to confuse other young, impressionable minds.

Not lies at all.  It's all well documented.  Your comment is strictly ad hominem.  Which is to say you can't argue on the merits of your POV.

I once read a magazine for teens and they were trying to convince the teens that a sex change will give them an identity.

Teens are being manipulated, in my opinion.

Also, surgeons are making a ton of money on these surgeries.

So yeah, I basically agree with you.

The idea that a sex change will provide an identity ignores the fact that they already have an identity.  The logic is thoroughly mutilated.  And the solution using this mutilated logic is to mutilate the human body.  The question is never asked why they reject their natural identity.  Why?

It's no doubt a boon for the medical complex.  Life long care will most likely be required.
