Do people having affairs disgust you? Seems kind of unconvincing from someone who wrote: "Who banged his brother's widow while being a crack addict, Alex?"I guess you think Hester Prynne deserved to wear that scarlet letter. Wake up! The year is 2023.

Or is it drug addiction that disgusts you? Such uberprudery!

What I found rather disgusting and deranged to boot was encountering someone who could write "Who banged his brother's widow while being a crack addict, Alex?"

Yes, people who break their marriage vows DO disgust me. They should disgust everyone. No excuse for such behavior, especially when a person has children.  If a person's marriage is troubled, then end it.  Get divorced, then look elsewhere.  But having sex with your children's aunt while you are still married to their mother? Loathesome.

Drug addiction? Yes, also disgusting. Particularly in the scion of a rich family who should know better. And in a person who had myriad chances to better himself and p!ssed them all away.

The fact that it is 2023 doesn't excuse immoral behavior.

Right.  It's not like the MAGA people have an obsession over anyone named Biden.

Oh wait....

For sure they do. Also hopefully they confine their prejudices to discussions on the topic of "Biden".

I did look at his introduction:

"This Report would not have been necessary if law enforcement had done its job. Dereliction of duty is nothing new for the FBI, as its government-sponsored cover-up occurred with Anthony Weiner’s 11 devices. Additionally, besides a few notable exceptions, news outlets and think tanks in America 12 have been unwilling to investigate and expose the hundreds of crimes and conflicts of interest on the Biden Laptop which—as you will read—definitively implicate the sitting pResident, Joe Biden (Joe)."

That was all I needed to see.

You should pluck up the courage to look at the actual, raw material.

Allegations are not the same as proof.

IF they go to court and are not proven will withdraw your remarks?

Iyop of course.

Well, there are 2 kinds of people who would respond that way: honest people and liars.

Or maybe we should use your idea of what is dispositive evidence in trials, too

Judge: Mr. Gacy, was there any reason you were unable to provide truthful testimony in the matter of the torture and murder of young men?

Gacy: There was not.

Judge: Case dismissed!

Then I have no doubt the scam GOP committee have already found in his report all the evidence they needed to incriminate Joe Biden!

Oh wait! ????

Just look at it.

Hasn't this been established to be a bunch of liars? Even admitted by their own they are NOT a news outlet?

If they have enough in your view, then why allow Hunter to take a plea deal, why not have a grand jury review it and indict him.  Why not, well if they truly had the evidence then it would have been run through a grand jury, so tell me why it wasn't? and don't tell me because there was interference.  The Judge who reviewed Hunters case was appointed by the former POTUS and looked at things independently.

Good questions.

Same old mantra. Are lefties blind or something?

Special treatment for the wealthy?!

Like defunding the IRS so they can’t collect taxes from the wealthy?

All we have here as yet, are unsubstantiated allegations of undue deference and interference from two whistleblowers.

Firstly, as the AP report on this says:

Quote

... it’s unclear whether the conflict they describe amounts to internal disagreement about how to pursue the wide-ranging probe or a pattern of interference and preferential treatment.

GOP releases testimony of whistleblowers claiming interference in Hunter Biden case

Secondly, even if there was some kind of interference from within, by the FBI or DOJ, over how the investigation should be conducted, that again isn't proof of criminal activity by Hunter or Joe Biden.

If he says it is true, then it must be true.

If Trump says it is true, then it must be true also, yes?

If President Biden says it is true, then it must be true also, yes?

Where does it go from here?

IIRC from here it goes to a grand jury or a special grand jury, composed of 12 randomly picked people (plus perhaps 3 spares).

They listen to the evidence and ask questions. After that IIRC they recommend that the prosecution goes forward or not.

If it goes forward then it is the prosecutor's job to make a watertight case or give up on it. If the case goes ahead, it goes before a judge and a randomly picked jury.

They listen to ALL the evidence, both prosecution and defence, and then deliberate their judgement. They then return to the court and give their verdict, guilty or not guilty. The judge will then pronounce the verdict, and either deal out a penalty or dismiss the case.

However the special grand jury, the grand jury and the court jury will not just listen to the whistleblower, but ALL the evidence.

If I am not correct, please tell me if I am wrong, where and why. I am always willing to learn.

What I have learned over the last few years is not to take anything at face value.

I find it impossible to believe that this person, whoever he is, has found information incriminating Joe Biden that hasn't been detected by more reputable organizations including Fox News. It simply doesn't comport with reality. One would have to be an out-of-control conspiracy theorist to subscribe to that.

Anyway, if you've got something from that report that you think is incriminating, post it. What's stopping you?

It's self-explanatory enough, no "detection" or interpretation from any "reputable organizations" is required. It is a pretty compelling overview of the first family and their dealings.

And yet you refuse to offer even one example of this incriminating evidence. Evidence that would clearly be any interest of pro Trump media sources to promote. Evidence offered by someone who claimed that the January 6th insurrection was a false flag. It is to laugh.

As stated previously, it is primary source material, all one needs to do is look at it. I am not expecting you to, but others on this forum may want to.
