If he was "arrested immediately", does that mean a cop was nearby or even on the premises? Which runs into 4:15 in the morning time frame....? Perhaps the bar could plead they were opening early?

The reported incident is said to have occurred at about 4:15 am as the suspect was trying to enter a Pattaya area nightclub...

 

And then we have the final line of the OP news report:

 

"It was unclear, adds TPN media, why the nightclub was apparently still open when legal closing times are 2:00 A.M. in entertainment zones."

 

Did the police also then close the nightclub in question and/or arrest its manager and owner? No mention of either in the news report.

 

Glad to see the local plod are doing their customary fine job. ????
