23 years since I sat on that stool.

Firstly, are you really an alcoholic or just a heavy drinker?

There is a huge difference.

If you are indeed an alkie, the only cure is spiritual in nature.

Lucky you. If I could drink normally, I'd drink every day too.

I have always been a steady (heavy?) drinker, but i lost the ability to process and revcover from the alcohol. Hangovers got worse and I started to balck out before I was even properly drunk, say six beers.

So, for the most part, I stopped drinking.  cant say I miss the hangovers, but i do miss the drunk.

Never get black outs and rarely do i drink more than 6 pints in a day. Infact 4/5 is probably enoufh for me unless some other fool is paying then i’ll rinse him for all hes got.

Have fun, don't forget to pay the bill.

Lots of spirit in the bars.

Try the bong.

Better "drunkness" and no hangovers.

Sex feels better too. You will be harder and go for longer than when boozing.

You will love it mate.

I prefer "bonging" without a "bong"!

I suggest you try it some time, if you can!

PS; I of course never have or never will touch that BONG/Drug cr@p!

I don’t see anything unusual.  Just normal behavior for a lot of expats in the LOS.

Not a mention about tobacco, if you also smoke… then all is okay, you are a perfect model of expat. ????

There are ways out. I know it seems really difficult, but I somehow climbed out of it even though I found myself comfortable with drinking myself to death.

This video is what got me started on Naltrexone. Saved my life and I have no doubt about that. PM me if you have any questions. I can’t advise you on where to get the meds as it’s been years since my last order, but where there’s a will there’s a way.

He may just be bored?!

If you're here in Thailand, lonely and bored, nothing to do, nowhere to go or just have too much time to do nothing the beer bars are irresistible.

It's quite easy to become a loser living anywhere in the world.

It's the ones that feel sorry for themselves, the lazy, the guy who just couldn't be bothered.

It's difficult to stay away from the bars, you got to keep yourself busy, to easy just to walk in the bar and drink beer.

Start first thing in the morning, get out of bed, have a coffee, some cereal and head down to the gym, there's a few hours of the day, ready for lunch, you'll find the days are so much more enjoyable starting with a workout.

Stay positive and motivated, you'll get there.

I'm one of lucky ones, I have a big family here in Pattaya that keep me busy.
