Can impregnate a model looking 19-year young girl easily by a 60-year old man. A 60-year old man can easily feel the silk smooth skin of a model looking young girl in her birthday suit all night for a few hundred dollars. Walk into most bars and pick up a girl to do everything one can do in a brothel or for an additional 200 baht in a nearby room. Can watch old ugly men wandering from brothels (aka bars) to brothels (aka brothels) in songthaew and passing sexual innuendo to local girls that they won't dare to do in a London bus. At least you are honest, but this list makes you sound like a creepy perverted old sexual predator.

BangkokReady
It's quite interesting that "5 things you love" is a lot less popular than "5 things you hate". If anyone is curious, there's actually an evolutionary reason for this "negativity bias". Quote Where Negative Bias Comes From Our tendency to pay more attention to bad things and overlook good things is likely a result of evolution. Earlier in human history, paying attention to bad, dangerous, and negative threats in the world was literally a matter of life and death. Those who were more attuned to danger and who paid more attention to the bad things around them were more likely to survive. This meant they were also more likely to hand down the genes that made them more attentive to danger. https://www.verywellmind.com/negative-bias-4589618

Not everything in life has to be explained or dumbed down. What I love about Thailand is that it is predominantly Buddhist. No explanation of Buddhist philosophy is given, it is up to the individual to decide for themselves.

mstevens
1. Friendly, cheerful, amenable local Thai people. 2. Low cost of living allowing a higher standard of living than back home. 3. The fact that in most of the country it never gets cold. 4. The opportunity to meet a lady for a lifelong partnership who truly embraces her femininity. 5. Outstanding food and the varied and increasingly sophisticated dining scene, not just Thai food but also international food.

That would depend on the man. I'm sure most older men find much younger women attractive (e.g. a 60 year old guy who encounters an attractive 20 year old). I can't see any reason why not. They likely feel the need to pretend they don't though.

Not looking for any argument. It's simply that you responded to someone's comment that people should obey the law with an ambiguous quote. Obviously you meant that quote to make some sort of point, as you chose it as a reply, but the point is unclear. As I pointed out, the quote could mean that you have to be stupid to obey the law, or only stupid people have to obey the law. Which interpretation you wanted to use obviously changes the meaning of your response. As I said, if you want your reply to remain ambiguous, that's fine, up to you, but it takes a lot of meaning away from your comment and limits its contribution to the discussion. No one can really formulate a response to your comment if it is ambiguous. ????♂️

Celsius
All the things in the OP are available in the West, including women if you pay them to touch you like you do here. If you come to Thailand for the reasons in the OP you truly failed in life. Including the condo and house rental where you can't swing a cat, where you get free cocroaches and snakes included in your rent and to get anything close to Western kitchen you would have to rent in Ritz Carlton residences or Shangri-La paying 200k a month. Living a fake life in Thailand fooling your mates like you're livin' the dream where your next serious illness will be sponsored by gofundme to beg money from people, so you can go back to the country you hate so much to get free healthcare on other people's tax dime. alien365
1. Safety walking the streets (having lived in London 10 years prior, I have never felt safer than now). 2. The good nature of most Thai people (even the tough looking guys tend to be nice once approached as long as you're not challenging them). 3. Affordability (a meal for the equivalent of a pound, a hotel room for 20, general accommodation prices and Fuel tax is also very low in comparison to my home country). 4. Lax enforcement of some laws (I feel the west overpolice things). 5. The nature (being a Yorkshire man this is important to me. I love the variety of landscapes, and the range of wildlife you see. And then there's the rain, I love sitting out, undercover of course, watching in awe of it's intensity.) 1
