PM Srettha urges public to trust his government

Seeing is believing. Trust depends on performance but too much cynicism leads to nothing other than corruption and passivity.

Condemning them before they've even found where the loo is is a bit silly. Doesn't serve any useful purpose.

Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin has asked the public to have faith in his government, as he vowed to put economic policies promised during the election campaign into immediate practice.

What else did he vow to do? I believe not jump in bed with the enemy was one such thing. Yep! Have faith in an outright liar and a party who abandoned it's support base. Have faith in a party that put the actual winner of the election under the bus. Have faith in a traitor?

you cant expect the public to fully trust you when you didn't have a mandate from said public to begin with, can you?

Looks to be an orchestrated military coup. Put in place after the original military took over.

Honestly I see no difference.

Kinda like Xi taking the rings for life. The military set this in motion years ago. And like Xi, they will rule for ever.

And like China, looks like they will now start to heavily censor the internet, starting with Facebook, just like China.

The writing has been on the wall for a long time. They will start whipping up anti western campaigns and it will get so bad for retiree's they will basically have to leave. In the next 10 years basically no westerners living there full time.

Regarding the “digital wallet” scheme, he said that he expects it to be launched within the first quarter of next year.

Everybody I ask, they said they were waiting for this 10K bonanza.

In 10-years there will be people who won't be able to find girls from their own community and need to migrate yo Thailand insearch of a bride and a "wify visa"

Yes, with all the MEN migrating to the UK and USA some places in Africa and South America will be devoid of men quite soon.

Remember this?

BANGKOK, 12th November 2017 (NNT) - "The Prime Minister (Prayut) has asked the public to have more faith in the government and all it is doing for the country."

Or this?

Jul 27, 2562 BE (Thai PBS World) — "Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has asked the public and parliament to have faith that the government, under his leadership, will perform ..."

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck ....
