Off topic but about the same individual. k Chidchob showed what an absolute idiot he is on Friday when he publicly announced that teachers should ONLY put 20 baht in an envelope when attending weddings, funerals or house warmings instead of larger sums. He even went as far as to say they should just help with washing the dishes etc instead of the usual practice of donating larger sums of money.

Background checks??? brown envelopes?? how is it possible that he could even be nominated for this position or as MP.. It is far worse than a few mediashares

He is corrupt, and that is the skill set needed to be 'a good person'. Someone very high up advised the Thai people to vote for the good people, so there you go.

“The Royal Thai Police can send a notice to European police to apprehend Vorayuth using his biometrics to identify him, an order which can be made by the ruling government".

Or, more accurately, "The Royal Thai Police can send a request to European police to apprehend Vorayuth using his biometrics to identify him, an order which can be considered or ignored by the ruling government".

Just wondering what loss has been incurred by forcing MF out of he picture. They have many well qualified / experienced people and big changes/improvements to education was a feature of their intended actions.

They won big at the balot box then age old Thai political games came roaring back.

Thai minister praises North Korean education system

Thailand's education minister has praised North Korea's school system for its "discipline and patriotism," and asked the international pariah for help in creating a similar environment for the kingdom's students.

The remarks made last month came to light after a statement from a meeting between Education Minister Permpoon Chidchob and the North Korean ambassador was circulated among Thai media.

Permpoon praised North Korea's schooling system, saying Bangkok sought "educational support to discipline children with patriotism and respect for country leaders."

All went as planned, there is nothing happening here that wasn't planned from the beginning, everything comes right from the top.......there will be no change, there will be no MFP, the status quo is the way forward. As far as education? Well, as long as things stay the same, and the sheep are still sheep, then everything is good. Thailand is not going to change in our lifetimes, nothing short of a civil war is going make things change, and Thai's aren't as free willed as Myanmar people, at least they are fighting for their freedom and change.
