Anyplace can give you only a spray local anesthetic if you ask, but it is going to be quite unpleasant and probably save just a couple thousand baht. I think we need fun goals though. Eating and cleaning is a bit dull. We need goals but we need to not get upset if it doesnt happen. Be joyful regardless. He argues life is about joyfullness. Be happy then good things follow. -
