AFAICT from the article, the stupid guy voluntarily did everything he did. No one forced him to spend millions/billions in cash, gifts, cars on the woman. And it's not like she stole the money from his house or forged his name on bank withdrawals. She apparently may have misrepresented where she was living, and some other personal details... But hard to see how any of that equates to legal "fraud" or theft. There's an old saying.... some people just have more money than sense.
