Post count gone metric???
Can you explain.
I see "15k" and when hovering I see "14,983" for those who want it to the bit. Some may like it, others don't.

It seems that the fonts on the mobile website have changed.

Look like bold at first sight.

But here on the browser?

I always zoom the site anyway.

Rounding up to "15k" seems to be the new normal (?) on Social media. Sorry, I can't be of any help here.

As I wrote, I always zoom in on the desktop website to my choice and so I can't tell whether the font in 100% has become smaller.

I view at 120% currently and I think it's the same as before?

What is best for you depends on many factors, physical screen size, screen resolution...

On my German language Instagram Ronaldo has "609 Mio." followers, hover and see "609.148.961". The latter with the "." separators is somewhat unconventional.

Germans are very precise 😎   Or am I wrong here?

?

I see it clearly and readable on the PC monitor.

BUT:

Indeed the font size on the mobile website viewed with Chrome on Android is ridiculously small.

AND:

both Chrome and Brave browser have text zoom and force zoom features.

Both fail on AN mobile website! Nothing changes.

BUT:

Firefox on Android is the only of the three that I tested which brings a decent font size with some "automatic size" feature.

It's not easy possible to show the difference/appearance with screenshots. So just for comparison.

You might find this extreme at the other end. Screenshot from CNN. No zoom (100%).

And at this site the zoom feature works!

I have upped my google page for this site to 110% on my PC to increase written script size..

Yes on the PC browser there is no problem.

But on Android/Chrome it's more than inconvenient.

Admins and Techs:

Font size must be increased, as it was previously.

Please remember that many read the forum on phone/tablet.

Not all readers have 20/20 vision.

Font size is now so small that max font size or max screen zoom must be used.

This has become a problem when change Tab to other websites, one have to downsize font size/zoom, again.

This should be easy fix.

🙏

The font size did decrease around a day or 2 after the forum was updated.

I noticed the smaller size around 3 days ago I think.  I'm finding it hard to read on my laptop screen.

I checked the .css and the default font-size is now 14 pixels.  If I manually set it to 16px it looks like I remember before, and it's much nicer/easier to read...

Please restore the font to Size 16. Most of us are old and need glasses and a magnifing glass to read AN.  18 is even better.

Indeed. The mobile version of the site has always been extremely tiring even on my relatively young eyes. That they managed to make the fonts even smaller is quite remarkable!

I'm surprised this hasn't been brought up before. +1 for changing the font size to 18 on mobile.
