Sadly American food culture is probably the most unhealthy diet on the planet and if you have ever had an American breakfast in the USA you wont be impressed!

Quite amazing how fat people are in the US, nothing like the movies, when i went to San Francisco I was shocked, that was 1992, probably much worse now

Or sausage... eggs cooked in the bacon fat... over easy or sunny side up, definitely with home fries, bread, butter, preserves, maybe steak, definitely coffee... aka a barnyard breakfast...
