Despite U.S. pressure, the idea of a Palestinian state seems farther away than ever

As you appear to consider yourself an authority on the Koran, perhaps you can quote the part that says a jihad is required against israel.

Since Israel is a nonbeliever... thus:

The word "jihad" is widely used to describe a war for the faith against unbelievers.

We seem to be having a case of "victim blaming" where trucks were running over people for no apparent reason other than they are Palestinians.

You know more than the UN who visited the hospital then?

Giorgios Petropoulos, head of the Gaza sub-office of the UN Co-ordinator for Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) told the BBC he and a team sent to al-Shifa hospital found a large number of people with bullet wounds.

He said all but a handful of the 70 to 80 patients in the emergency room he visited had been injured during the convoy incident.

In addition to those with bullet wounds, he said doctors had treated many who had fallen down or been trampled - but he was unable to say with certainty which group was larger.

The problem with that is that the West Bank and Gaza land does not belong to israel. Didn't in 1947 and still doesn't. Israel illegally occupies stolen land, and there is no getting around that.

There's no problems here as NO BODY in Israel would want anything to do with either of those hornet nests, the only problem

is that the concern that weapons and explosive will be manufactured there to be used against the Israeli public,

something that Israel will not tolerate to...

Why is it OK for the Israelis to manufacture weapons to use against the Palestinian public?

It's not, but Israel does not manufacture weapons to use against the Palestinian public, Israel manufactures weapons to use against Hamas/Palestinian militants. That civilians are killed incidentally is just an unfortunate result of war.

Do you understand the difference?

Really. Nations committing genocide shouldn't be allowed anywhere near weapons.

No. Israel did use the weapons against Palestinian civilians. Your post makes no sense.

Killed incidentally is the most abject apology for genocide I have ever read.

So far, Palestine has killed about three Israeli citizens for each IDF solider killed, while Israel has killed only two Palestinians for each Palestinian combatant killed.

And of course you have links to substantiate those figures?

The world should have trade bans on US products. The USA make most of the bombs that kill innocent women and children in Gaza. tens of thousands of them.

Don't hold your breath waiting. I very much doubt that such would be available from any reliable source. However the IDF could probably come up with something to say that all 2.3 million Gazans are, or will grow up to be terrorists.

There's a new Topic on this Forum about the recent UN allegation of rape and other mistreatment of Israeli civilians on Oct 7 and now of the hostages that Hamas has. I'm sure it would also be of interest to those on this Topic. Its link is:
